The Terapro agriculture group is making a big shift in terms of service by acquiring new service mobile units to better meet the agricultural producers’ demands. The group now owns more than 30 mobile units.
These additions will allow the group to serve the producers directly on the farm with a qualified technicians team. Two of the units are completely autonomous and have a large inventory of tools and parts to meet the greatest number of needs. With this change, the clientele will benefit from faster turnaround response.
“This will allow us to be more flexible in our service offer and respond to the demand more quickly, still with our trusted staff of course. ”Says Steve Nolin, General Manager of Machinerie CH.
Provide Better Customer Service
With our new acquisitions, we will be able to send the specialists required according to the producers’ needs and thus offer better service to our clientele throughout our territory. In total, it’s thirty service units that are owned by Terapro agriculture.
